This day offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently explore patterns and emotional weight that may have been carried through your maternal line.
Many of us hold stress, tension, and stories that didn’t begin with us. This workshop is an opportunity to acknowledge that, and to begin letting go of what no longer feels helpful—at your own pace, and in a way that feels safe and manageable.
We’ll spend the day in nature, using simple, grounding practices to support this process. The focus is on helping you feel more settled in your body, with space to reflect, release, and reset.
