I am very happy to have completed Trauma Informed (Body Oriented) CPD training with @wavesofwellnesslexidells and the @schooloftraumarelease today!

I will be taking this forward into not just my work with clients 1-2-1 and in groups, but my personal daily life, drawing on the practices and teachings to maintain my own wellbeing and adding them to my own self care tool kit.

As I begin to emerge after hibernation - slowly, I decided to do what i thought was my first prescence post, but is actually my 2nd this year!

Reluctance to get back out into the world after spending some time very much in my own bubble. I quite like my bubble but I need to begin to get back out,.see friends, connect to the people around me and get back to being part of my community - but I am allowing myself permission to do this slowly this year - and my body made sure that I did hitting me with a tummy bug this weekend which allowed me space to rest and honour my Mums 80th birthday in a way she would definitely have approved of 🥰

My guides must be rolling their eyes and thinking FINALLY you're getting it! Its a lesson I have been shown so many times, this is IMPORTANT to me and I feel like everyone who is on a path of healing or the spiritaul path needs to be making this a priority right now!

We had a great first drumming circle at Forest Harvest last night. Drumming through the weirdness of the retrograde energy, drumming to find guidance, to receive healing and to send out peace and healing. We drummed through the labyrinth, sent the energy out to the trees and had some beautiful fresh mint tea made by Nick. Thank you to everyone who came along and to Kim for your support xxxxx

As I sat in my lounge on this baking hot Monday morning, I felt guided to finally share about my offering that is beginning in just 3 weeks time.

What is this journey?
As we enter the waning light and head towards the dark part of the year I felt called to this deep dive into the shadowy, mysterious, and transformative energies of six powerful dark goddesses. Each month, we’ll honour a different goddess with:

✨ A beautifully written manual exploring her mythology, themes, symbolism, spiritual guidance, and ancient roots
✨ A downloadable meditation
✨ Live (online but in real time) ceremonial gatherings—not pre-recorded—so we meet together in sacred time, raising collective energy

Exciting news!!! In October I will be welcoming women into Victory Hall on the edges of the magical Cannock Chase.

With my friend Kim Ora Magdalena together we will be exploring the many Kaleidoscopic aspects of the Wild Feminine.

Guided meditation and Shamanic journeying, movement, sound activation, and womb connection we will be delving into the wildness we hold within and how this manifests for us individually.

We will be exploring our relationship with abundance and daring to dream bigger than ever before.

We will then create a vision board as we dream in what our wild hearts truly desire, working on our relationship to abundance feeling into where we can say Yes to our dreams and ground them into our daily lives through rootedness and inspired action.

We will explore wild flowers essences, allow our bodies to move and our voices to be heard.

Ending the day with a beautiful replenishing sound bath with drum, gong, rattles, singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum and more.

We will then create a vision board as we dream in what our wild hearts truly desire, working on our relationship to abundance feeling into where we can say Yes to our dreams and ground them into our daily lives through rootedness and inspired action.

We will explore wild flowers essences, allow our bodies to move and our voices to be heard.

Ending the day with a beautiful replenishing sound bath with drum, gong, rattles, singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum and more.
